Terms of Service

The Sports Card Authority, LLC disclaims any and all liability. As a vendor, you agree to limit your claim for damages to no more than the cost of your table fee as a vendor. Jurisdiction for any legal action shall be brought in Beaufort County, South Carolina, and governed by the laws of South Carolina. Shall any legal proceeding be commenced against The Sports Card Authority, LLC, and should The Sports Card Authority, LLC prevail, The Sports Card Authority, LLC shall be entitled to its reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses related thereto.
